When you choose to focus on your small wins each day, you are practicing a form of gratitude and reinforcing a can-do attitude. Eventually, your small wins add up to big wins!
Mindfulness simply put is paying attention. Notice what you do accomplish each day. Don’t stress over the tasks you didn’t cross off your to-do list. The list is never ending and worrying won’t magically erase your concerns.
Celebrating small wins create a path to success. As the saying goes, “The grass is greener where you water it.” Feed your focus. Focus on your wins and you’ll be where you want to go in no time.
