What are 5 things you’re grateful for in this moment? It can be as simple as the air you breathe. It’s so easy for us to take life for granted. When we stop to appreciate the forces that keep us alive, we can see abundance all around us. Keeping a gratitude journal is a healthy habit that reinforces this plentiful mindset.

Start by being grateful for what you already have. Try saying ‘thank you’ for your home, your job, your health, your food. Giving thanks is a way of life, and it is the first step towards living a plentiful life. The more that you are grateful, the more you will have to be grateful for. Gratitude grows, and multiplies.

Take a moment to be still. Breathe. Take it all in. Notice life, notice the miracles that we usually miss because we are so busy getting on to the next item on our to-do list. This is the good life.
