Decide to be Satisfied

Find a satisfying thought today about any topic.

It can be that the weather is nice,

Satisfied

You enjoy certain aspects of your job,

Satisfied

Connecting with a friend or colleague,

Satisfied

Drinking a delicious coffee

Satisfied

You worked-out today,

Satisfied

You meditated,

Satisfied,

You went for a walk,

Satisfied

You walked the dog,

Satisfied

You smiled at your partner

Satisfied

You smiled at your kiddos,

Satisfied

You adored your furnabby,

Satisfied

You paid a bill,

Satisfied

You crossed off that nagging item on your to do list.

Satisfied

 

Any thing that feels satisfying-

Hold it in your mind

Breathe it in for 1 minute.

Let it fill your entire body and being with this good feeling.

 

The goal is to return to this feeling

as often as you can throughout your day

using any thought that helps you feel satisfied.
