breathe….

When you feel frustration

breathe….

When you feel lost

breathe….

When you need to make a tough decision

breathe…

When you feel stressed

breathe…

When you’re about to enjoy a delicious meal

breathe…

When you feel the wind sweep against your face

breathe…

When you see your loved ones

breathe…

 

Your breath is always with you

in all of your hard moments

and all of your happy moments.

 

Your life is a walking meditation.

Breathe as often as you can

throughout your day

in appreciation

for the life it gives you.
