1 mindfulness technique this week
Trusting that everything happens in perfect time is a wonderful de-stresser. We can worry that things aren’t going as planned or we can choose to let it go and live in the present moment. Allow what is to be with the knowledge that all is well.
Think back to when you wanted a promotion, a relationship, a vacation and it fell through only to learn later that you avoided disaster by the missed opportunity.
It’s fun to occasionally look back and connect the dots in gratitude for what didn’t happen.
