1 mindfulness technique this week
Often the “annoyances” are the answers to our prayers.
For example, the dog waking up needing to go out at 3 am may be your wake up call to spend a few minutes meditating, writing, or progressing toward one of your goals.
Rather than being annoyed that your sleep was disturbed, you may want to look at this time as an opportunity (like distraction-free time to yourself).
It’s up to you to decide how you see the situation, not only in the wee hours of the morning but at any moment in time. Your perspective is powerful.
