According to quick google search, the average person plays 7 roles. We are busy!

Taking time to quiet your mind, or meditate for a few minutes every day is essential to your wellness and vitality. This may seem that I’m adding another hat (meditator) for you to wear but sitting silently in the stillness it is the glue that holds your world together.
