Create a Reverse Vision Board
Instead of putting pictures of what you want on your vision board, put pictures of things you love.
For example, lyrics to your favorite song, pictures of your favorite person or pet, your favorite coffee spot, restaurant, park, book, experience, or accomplishment. Anything that makes you feel good when you look at it.
As you practice feeling good more often, then create your vision board. Get excited about what is to come.
