1 mindfulness technique this week
When are you in the zone? When are you the freshest? When do your ideas flow? When are you most creative?
Is it in the early hours of the morning? Is it late at night when everyone’s gone to sleep? Is it right after a workout or after you’ve journaled for 20 minutes?
Find the time to do a few minutes of work on a passion project every day when you’re in the zone. Don’t force it. Let it happen naturally.
Acknowledge when you’re at your best and do your work then.
