Its bija mantra is yam, Y-A-M, pronounced “yum.” As you listen to the sound of the singing bowl, allow the vibration to move the energy around your heart space. Breathe in love, Breathe out fear. Inhale compassion, Release all that no longer serves you. You are safe. You are loved. You have access to infinite intelligence. It’s always with you. It’s inside of you. Be still and let your heart listen. Tune-in to your soul, through your heart. Namaste.
